Everything went smoothly until I tried to open the 3.6 MB file on my Mac Book Pro 13,3 with the latest OS 10.12.4. I'm getting a null (blank) page.

Download the book again. The new copy should now open fine in Preview on your Mac.

I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for bringing it to our attention so that we could correct it.
