i added a 3rd floor to my home. the room is just under 700 square feet. the concept was to have the layout as part of living space. i can post a picture of the reverse direction if you like. the layout raps around you so you sit in the middle of it. layout is normal table height so when your sitting you can still see everything, it is also a good height for small children to see.
