Thanks guys!! To answer the question...yes, it is a double decker. The trains will run on the upper deck. As far as the color, the best I can describe it is that it looks very similar in color to the U.S. 40 bridge in Wheeling West Virginia. I went to my local Walmart a couple of evenings ago and had them mix a color match from a piece of the bridge. If any of you are interested, I will post the color specs from the paint lid here...just let me know.
