My friend who runs a small factory in China, makes many round trips to Shanghai from SFO (San Francisco). One time, the pilot announced that the toilets on the 747 were full and would not operate. And he polled the passengers: Land in Tokyo, 5-8 delay, or continue on to Shanghai with no toilets? They voted to continue on.
