The problem with a Chromebook is that it tracks EVERYTHING you do with the app, reports it to Google, and you cannot shut those features off. No thanks. That is too much of an invasion of privacy for me.
I use Firefox with all of the tracking features shut off, ad blockers on, certain domains (like Google, Facebook and a few others) cannot set cookies, I'm behind a router and a firewall and I use a VPN.
