To close the loop on this one, it was an obscure setting in Firefox. I don't even know how it got changed, but I changed it back. The option indicated was unchecked, and that caused a few issues. When I tracked down the other issue, I notice it also fixed this one!

GunrunnerJohn, FYI, Firefox recently sometime in the last month or two, I can't remember when they did it for sure did an update, maybe that's why and when it changed on you, glad you found it and got it working now for you.
