All I can say is that I had to live in LA for two years and you could not pay me enough money to go back to overpriced \ over hyped California for anything..and Sacramento isn't exactly a tourist hot spot my wife and I would visit for what it would cost us anyway..I would go to the Grand Canyon and the GCRR..ie: an "easier sell".
