I have no issue with Gerry’s question. Having a sense of the pricing up front is helpful in thinking it over without taking up the builder’s time with a phone call.
Same issue came up here with layout builders. I didn’t want the price of the layout shown, as that would be inappropriate to your point, but a range per square foot is not out of line and the builder provided it. Helpful in terms of thinking it through.
