Many of you may remember a while back I tried to sell my TW Design Grand Central Terminal on the buy sell board.
The reason was to purchase the then newly announced Chicago Union Station. After having no luck selling it here at a greatly reduced price I asked Dorcie the Train Dame for some help or even a suggestion to solve my problem. Well after receiving about a dozen e blasts about deals on the Union Station and not one reply to any of my four e mails to her this is what I sent today...

After exchanging a few e mails and having a very pleasant phone conversation I'm happy to say I have accepted Dorcies gracious offer to exchange my GCT for the new Union Station.
I have to say I've found the "Train Dame" to be as pleasant as can be and it was a joy to finaly talk with her and resolve this issue once and for all with her help. All that's left is to work out the details of sending back the GCT and her sending out the CUS.
