Seems like you are calling out a wholesaler for not buying something from you. That is poor form. They are under no obligation to take something back. Of course they are ignoring you. Put yourselves in their (corporate) shoes. That's not the way business works. Also, consider that they probably pay less than half the retail price for these items.
They advertise.
You buy it.
You don't want it.
You can't sell it.
I don't think they should bear the brunt of your frustration over buyer's remorse.
