Fairly certain there was an article in OGR magazine about these items. They were part of the HORDE tour which was brought to one of the TCA York show shows in the late 1990s. The Juliens auction catalog of Neil Young's train collection had some of these items listed.

And many of the items just sold on ebay over the weekend including the Lionel Vision Line Dash 8 non powered Camera engine and the Horde Dash 8 shell
