Reply to "time zone setting is incorrect"

I had this issue some time back and it turned out the DST setting on my computer was wrong. It's hard to believe that hundreds of computers of all types work correctly and a handful don't if it's the forum software. Maybe Hoopla can suggest what settings are causing the issue?
