Jesse,

Just use DCS to change the engine's TMCC addressee to what you want it to be. With teh engine sitting on a powered track:

Menu/System/Engine Setup/Edit Engine/Edit Engine Address
Follow the prompts to set the RUN/PROG switch to PROG
Select a new TMCC engine ID#
Follow the prompts to set the RUN/PROG switch to RUN

That will set the engine's TMCC address to what you want it to be. Then, see if the problem persists.
