TMCC for Flyer #290

Last week this engine quit on me. I ordered up a new R4LC for my AC Commander and installed it today. I get 14V on the out put for the headlite but zero voltage for the smoke output. Is it possible the Commander board is bad???? It will run in conventional so the motor wiring is correct. Anyone have any thoughts on this??
