Flywheel needs to stay perfectly in sync with the motor shaft. Otherwise, voltage will continue to be applied and raised until the speed of the motor matches the demand from the controller. When operated in conventional, the motor speed is only dependent upon rail power applied. That is why you see differences between TMCC operation and conventional.
