Tmcc static noise

GeojrOGR Forum Member DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

i have a couple years of 2001 lionel steam engines. A pennsy k-4 ans a nyc hudson. On both of these there seems to be a lot of static/background noise - pretty annoying - any ideas or fixes??
