TMCC Throttle wont work - I must be missing something

Hey all, I have an odd TMCC issue. I have 2 TMCC engines that run from my Legacy controller just fine. When I try to run them from a CAB 1 TMCC box and remote, everything works (horn, bell, direction, etc) except the throttle. Nothing happens. Either engine. The Boost produces very slow movement. I have tried resetting the stall, re-programmed the engine, no change. Hook the Legacy back up, away it goes. But the really odd thing is that I have 2 Cab 1 remotes that do the same thing. Neither will respond to the throttle increase. Both remotes cant have the same hardware issue can they? They are 2006 or so vintage.. Thanks
