TMCC Upgraded F3 Not Working

Hello!

A couple years back I upgraded a Lionel NYC F-3 6-38368 to TMCC using an Electric Railroad Company AC Commander. It has worked great but all of a sudden, I went to fire it up on the DCS remote which I've done several times and it wouldn't start. The lights didn't come on. I took the cover off and rewired the board and still nothing. Any suggestions?
