I'm fairly new to model railroading having finally acquired a Lionel set about a year ago. Since then I've picked up a couple of other pieces (Mikado, and several Generals) and one MTH -- Lincoln train which I posted about a while back. My layout is starting to come together so I thought some of you might be interested in seeing it so far. I started it as 6 x 12 island which kept growing until I couldn't reach in the middle to make changes, so I dismantled the whole thing and started over. This time using a more practical dog bone shape (sort of). I'm learning a lot the hard way, but enjoying it much. Hope you enjoy looking at my primitive video and feel free to comment with suggestions if you have any.

Oh, by the way. The theme of the layout is Tombstone AZ circa 1880 - 1909 with a lot of imagination thrown in. I'm somewhat restricted on space, so could really build the town exactly, but I feature many of the structures of the time. Just about all of the structures were scratch built by me, as well as lots of the scenery. Still much to go.
