TOS question - links to other non train related web sites

Quick question - A car forum that I frequent has an excellent "real trains" thread in it's off topic section that's an interesting discussion on opening an abandoned 6 1/2 mile RR.

Is it against the TOS to start a thread in "real trains" and link to the site?

Feel free to post a reply and lock or PM and delete or however you'd like to respond.
