I apologize for the delay, I tried everything to fix the track including a thorough cleaning and the track came out super clean, but still kept binding so I went on ebay and ordered a bunch more and now that I have that installed the train runs flawlessly it still and I have a bunch of extra track so I may add on a new destination. In the end the guys who said I should just buy more track were correct, and I appreciate everyone's help.
