I have two layouts. My first uses tubular track with 0-54 and 0-72 curves. It is a prewar tinplate layout with a great many Lionel accessories and tubular track is just what I wanted. My other layout is hi rail and I am using Gargraves track and Ross switches and gives me the realistic look I want for this layout.
