Track Plan for Review and Comment

As some of you may know, I retired and moved to Arizona. I've been here a year and have been working on a layout planned for the third bay of the garage. The particulars are as follows:

Two-Rail/Three-rail capable. I'm using ScaleTrax which is fully insulated so this won't be a real problem.
Minimum Radius 45" on the primary main (O-90); 40.5" on the secondary main (O-81).
2% grade
#6 turnouts on the mains; #5 on the spurs.
Sectional Construction.
