My layout has perfect 10 track signal all the way around, except for one block at the approach to a drawbridge. When the train enters this block, the signal drops to anywhere from 1 to 4, and I even get "out of range" sometimes. Power to the block is cut off by a switch when the bridge is up, and restored when the bridge is down. I've tried the light bulb trick, but no improvement. If I run a jumper wire from the next block to the problem block, the signal goes to 10 almost instantly. I've also bypassed the switch at the drawbridge to eliminate that, but that hasn't helped. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
