Not trying to dumb down some ones tragic death but I feel for the drivers of the trains it would not be a nice thing for them.
In a village in England where my son lives a person was killed crossing the tracks on a ground level foot crossing so the railway put a footbridge up using scaffolding till there are funds to build a proper one maybe... and fenced off the area. I know it's difficult where the people cross to the beach but it might be some kind of start at least it should free up the railroad from litigation.. Roo
