My wife and I spend probably 45 minutes looking at this layout - boy, is it ever impressive! Being history buffs, we especially liked the Civil War layout that depicted the battle of Antietam (we recognized the bridge). We were fortunate to be able to spend some time talking with the person who designed, built, and maintains this portion of the display. The canon firing simulation was great, the medical unit very interesting, and the encampment was incredibly detailed. Far and away, the best operating O gauge display that we have ever seen. Awesome job, National Capital Trackers, thanks for all your hard work and attention to detail on the layout that you brought to the TCA ED York Meet - it was very much appreciated.
