I agree with Moonman, looks great from here, Mike! I do know what you mean about the drywall seams though. I was never very good at that, but sometimes after enough 'mud' they would become acceptable! Ceilings are the worst!

BTW, I think the inspector was seen recently doing a car commercial? He might be raking it in!
