Mike, It looks just like the Butler Airport; the ground drops off drastically right at the end of the runway. LOL. They had to put in a massive fill and move the road below to extend the runway a few years ago. Where do you find a mile of flat terrain around here? Instead of a back road below, you have a railroad.

I think it will work out just fine!!
