I actually bought this fire damaged Weaver hopper car, as is, off E bay for $5.00 plus $4.00 shipping because I wanted the trucks/couplers. Once it arrived, I thought why not weather the car and create a scene. I later photographed the car in different scenerios before removing the trucks. Here's what I came up with ... including it's delivery by a B&O dockside switch crew. It all takes place on the Free State Junction Railroad's Mountain Division.
