Probably not the best choice for a secret Santa project,but the Mighty Casey train set is the perfect toy for a three year old.I had one when I was a kid and my brother's little grandson loved riding it a few weeks ago.There is usually a set for sale on Ebay under"Remco Mighty Casey".
