Like SW Hiawatha says descriptions and "testing" are iffy. i have gotten items said not to work or missing components that worked fine with nothing missing and then just opposite. Items listed as excellent were scratched or broken. That said, getting items at blowout prices even with the buyers premium precluded complaints. Buyer beware.
Then there was the same item offered at Trainzauctions and eBay simultaneously. Which bidder wins? Its a jungle out there.
