Jay, I just found your thread. I read your perspective and lots of good advice from others. I see the responses quickly stopped at the end of May. I'll simply ask what is the status of your layout plans now? Were you able to visit Tom Tee yet? Have you made any changes? I know it is summer, and lots of folks don't get much done on their layouts due to outdoor activities. In a couple words; What's up now?
