The telephone poles are scratch. They are pretty easy to make but time consuming. I find when I do not want to start another project but want to work on the layout, I just make some telephone poles. They are similar to the ones David Barran used to make for Ross.
There are no armatures for the trees. They are held in place with wire.
Ballast is Mercer Junction blend. No glue needed, just water.
