After learning a few things from Hot Water. The lever above that is shown in the cab was the brake lever. The locking levers were out on the deck in a pair. One for each end of the bridge. Here is the prototype photo

and here is the STL of the new part. This will be in addition to the other parts in the detail parts pack.
