Unable to change engine ID on New LioneChief+2.0 Dockside (2032030)

I assigned Engine ID#76 to the engine originally. Than a few hours later, it would not recognize that number. Just tried again to change the engine ID on my new Dockside (2032030) (Bethlehem Steel) and it will not change. It is locked in engine ID#51. (I turned on LCS on my iPad and it showed ID#51 which is assigned to my Trackmobile.) I've used the standard ID change procedure and the the new one in the manual, no luck. It is 'stuck' on ID#51. Is there anything I can do to change it, or do I have to send to Lionel for warranty service. Thanks.
