I just modified the topic title to reflect that it's not Digikey's sole problem.

Also I think the delay in getting OSHPark boards is not on the US side. I believe the handoff to our wonderful Canada Post is bumpy and slow, and a further problem is the idiotic customs clearance business. So much for NAFTA and "free trade"! rolleyes
