CSX has an on-line customer called International Paper here which still receives boxcars. Lately, it has been receiving a lot of boxcars. Today, they had eight boxcars. Some reporting marks were ABOX, RBOX, AGR, COER (that's a new one on me) of course, CSX . When was the last time any of you saw that many boxcars on a business siding? Like Charlie Daniels once said, "It's good to be alive and in Tennessee".
Are you sure about the coal train's destination? Powder River to Scherer is a BNSF - NS operation. CSX rails don't get anywhere near Plant Scherer. Are they handing off trains to NS somewhere for delivery?
