Have you tried a VHF scanner? If I recall, the road frequency is 161.37 for CSX. Lots of good radio chatter on several CSX frequencies here in Nashville. I use a Uniden base/mobile HomePatrol II with a telescoping antenna. Just a suggestion. ☺
