I have one of these, even have an old instruction sheet dated from the early 40's. The name on the sheet is Crestline. All of the 1.5 bulbs are burned out and I've been unsuccessful at finding any colored lamps with the screw base to fit it. It's a quite elaborate and well made signal.

A good find.
