Did you happen to read the whole thing? Did you miss the part about the bridges on the Ohio Central are incapable of handling such heavy loads on railroad heavy duty flat cars? Thus, the ONLY alternative is to dissemble the whole locomotive and ship the "bolt-on components" separately, then the tender (less trucks), then the boiler, then the engine frame and machinery by truck.
