1. Do you also have TMCC/Legacy on your layout ?

2. Have you switched the TIU outputs going to the elevated loops to the main loop to see if that improves the signal ? Do you only have one power drop to each block ?

3. Is there anything physical in the construction of the upper loops that would block or degrade the DCS signal on the main loop ?
