Only the Challengers are without brake squeal. In S scale all successive Legacy engines have it as well as all prior Legacy and TMCC made all the way back to the Mikados and Pacifics in 2005. Not sure what the RSL program is, but it seems strange only one engine in 16 years of production is missing brake squeal.
