Good stuff Mario. Perhaps you could include the Lionel FatBoy 40mm and 50mm speakers in your evaluation? In my objective opinion they are some fantastic speakers. As a life long audiophile, sound is one of the reason I gravitated to the larger scales. Enclosure type and design play a huge role in the frequency response as well. Broadway Limited has an interesting system with a subwoofer that sits under the layout to fill in the missing bass tones. IMHO there is too much of a gap between where the onboard sound rolls off and the subwoofer ramps up in HO scale. Looking at your graph I believe a system like that would work much better in O scale. You simply aren't going to get the SPL you want out of any speaker that fits inside the loco @75 Hz. A remote subwoofer could provide that.  Just a thought.

I'm still trying to think of ways to get this Bluetooth audio (subwoofer, mainly) split to work.  Maybe these audio resistors are the key.  The problem before is that I was just sending too much through the BT transmitter and the speaker system couldn't handle it.
