Using Atlas Signal Interlock Control Module and Lionel Fastrack Switches

Has anyone out there used Atlas' Signal Interlock control module and Lionel Fastrack switches. The instructions that come with the module have wiring diagrams for Atlas Switches, and Tortoise Switch motors. But no diagram for Lionel Fastrack Switches.

I figured it would be the "Twin Coil Type Motor"

Red would go to "Out" Black to "GND" and Green to "Thru"

Ive got a double head signal hooked up (signals 2 and 3 below) but no signals 1 or 1A

All I get is a Red over Red signal with no change when I change the points.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
