I'm not familiar with "The Track Planner," but here in Dallas-Fort Worth we have TW Trainworx and they do amazing work! Almost every year they have an open house showcasing layouts under construction, and even a few completed ones. They have made custom O scale models of several famous RR stations which appeared in the Lionel catalog, and also built the corporate layout for Warren Buffett, the man who owns BNSF! They do small layouts too.

Even if you don't live within driving distance, given the risks of these times, I'll bet that Roger would be willing work with you on Zoom or Google Hangouts. I strongly encourage you to contact them at 214-634-2965 .
