Yes, go to youtube and pull up video.

Right click on video, then click on copy video URL.

Go to ogr forum, open your post/reply box click on the icon that looks like filmstrip, to the right of the smily face.

Right click and paste into the file/URL box,then click on green insert box at the bottom left.
