FWIW, the real UP Challengers, Bigboys ,and FEF Northerns, all use the same Hancock 3 chime whistle.
The Big Boys, FEFs, and Challengers all did have Hancock 3 Chimes, but having all of them sound the same is simply unrealistic. Lionel's Vision Big Boy, 2015 FEF, and now the most recent Vision Challenger all have the exact same whistle sound. If you were to run these engines all together, it would sound extremely unprototypical.
