Ok, I see your dilemma. I have the same issue.
I had tried a few "free" video converters and found that they had weird stuff imbedded in the them. I am still searching for one that's clean.
Windows media will only convert when you make a dvd. So, that doesn't help much.
Ultimately, you want to convert the video to the .mp4 format.
When you paste the "sharelink" from photobucket into the imbed dialog box, try the flash file type. Let the other boxes go to default values.
The second option is to try using the "add attachments" dialog and upload the file from your computer.
