I have the track mounted down on the "grass" carpet for the moment whist I decide which direction I want to go with this. I had to put some shim under 3 sections of track to get the warp out of them when screwed down as they were low in the middle between the feet. Not one of Lionels better ideas to put "feet" on roadbed, should have been totally flat like the 2 rail track was, but then it probably would be the shape of a banana like the 2 rail sections are most commonly found.
