Wall St. Journal 8/7/2020 has a Featured 1 1/2 page article on Model Train Rooms

The Mansion section of the 8-7-2020 WSJ has one and one half page article on homes with large rooms for model trains.

Ed Dougherty of Penn. has a six car garage layout for trains and has 2000 sp ft of trains with some pictures shown.

Ron Hollander, author of the "All Aboard - The Story of Joshua Lionel Cowen and is Lionel Train Company" books layout is also prominently featured with photos.

Harvey J. Yaverbaum of Conn. has a 900 sq ft layout featured with pictures.

Niel Young, Tom Hanks and rocker Ron Stewart are mentioned. Ron Stewart has a 124 ft by 23 ft model layout in his LA home.

It may be worth a trip to the local library to see.
